Mark Mcwatt was born in Georgetown, Guyana on 29th September, 1947, he studied literature at the universities of Toronto and Leeds, and received a Ph.D in 1975.
Tennyson S D Joseph holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and is currently a Senior Lecturer in Political Science, and Head of the Department of Government, Sociology and Social Work at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Ind
Harold Hoyte, 74, is the retired President and Editor-in-Chief of The Nation Newspaper in Barbados. He is now Editor Emeritus and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
